Llama V2 - Meta/Facebook's New Version of AI
Yann LeCun, Head of Artificial Intelligence at Meta/Facebook, announced on July 18, 2023 the release of version 2 of the Llama AI. The information is also shared in a press release distributed by Meta. This AI is described as the next generation of a large Open Source language model.
With this second version, the model is now available for free for commercial or research use. It is offered in different formats (conversational or non-conversational), with adjustable parameters. The AI is already deployable on AWS (Amazon), Azure (Microsoft), and other data centers.
