Digital: call out what is problematic, encourage what works, and give everyone the means to act

Who can do without digital technology today? To access healthcare, education, housing, transport. To relax, get informed, exercise one's rights and duties as a citizen — it's everywhere.

So that everyone can understand what lies behind our screens, Les e-novateurs addresses all those who use digital tools. Out of curiosity, necessity… or constraint.

Beyond sometimes depressing observations, giving everyone the means to act to reduce the impact of digital technology — that's our editorial mission.

A free, non‑profit and independent media outlet

A committed team

Volunteers and journalists are involved every day to bring you high‑quality information about digital technology. Because the environmental and social impacts of tech sometimes outweigh its benefits, our team works to decode, warn, suggest avenues for reflection, and offer concrete solutions.

Actions in the field

In addition to our online press service, the association works directly with citizens: schools, media libraries, festivals… spaces to meet, talk together, and listen to your concerns. So, where shall we meet?

Journalistic ethics

All our content written by journalists and volunteers contains precise sources that validate the information presented in the articles.

Our content is written by humans, for humans.

Before any publication, we make sure interviewees explicitly agree to have their names published; otherwise, we offer to use a pseudonym. We do not publish without their consent.

We also ensure that interviewees have considered the possible consequences of their testimony.

We do not engage in disinformation; our goal is to provide the most accurate and precise information possible.

Use of artificial intelligence

We do not write articles with artificial intelligence.

However, it helps us with certain tasks while we work to secure more funding and grow the team.

For now, we use it to brainstorm article ideas, translate articles into English so readers don't have to do it each time, and to monitor international press using a local model.

A newsroom that depends… on you

To operate, our media depends largely on donations from readers. Once a year, once a month — your financial support allows us to keep creating in‑depth, reliable, and well‑sourced content. Will you give us a hand?
